We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Hostesses, where the role involves greeting our guests warmly both upon arrival and departure, managing guest flow, and assisting servers to ensure a seamless dining experience. The Host(ess) plays a crucial role in setting the tone of our restaurant, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and attended to with care and professionalism. Responsibilities include managing wait lists during busy periods, accommodating special guest needs such as boosters, highchairs, and accessibility accommodations, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere with tasks like filling out the feature board and inflating balloons. Job Requirements

Must be 16 years or older
Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required
Mobility required during entire shift
Ability to transport and carry objects up to 15 pounds multiple times per shift
Ability to wipe down tables and booth seats and pick up debris
Must be able to stand and walk continuously for up to four hours
Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively

Job Qualifications

Reading, writing and verbal communication skills
Ability to stand and move with well-paced mobility for periods up to four hours
Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and employees
Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris and wipe down booth seats
Ability to transport and carry objects such as high-chairs up to 15 pounds

Job Duties

Open door for guests arriving and departing
Accommodate any special needs of guests including boosters, highchairs, disabilities
Manage the wait list when the restaurant is full
Provide guest assistance to servers as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete cleaning as assigned
Fill out the feature board and inflate balloons
