Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and pay close attention to details
  • comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • basic knowledge of reservation systems is a plus
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
