The Host position at Red Robin is an essential front-of-house role that serves as the first point of contact for guests. Hosts are responsible for creating outstanding first impressions by greeting guests warmly, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring guests are comfortably seated. Job Requirements

  • Must be 17 or older
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide a great first impression
  • Escort guests to their tables and manage seating arrangements
  • Take reservations and maintain the waitlist as needed
  • Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the menu and restaurant policies
  • Support the overall guest experience by promoting a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
