Job Duties
- Assist with restaurant front of the house procedures to ensure an outstanding guest experience
- Welcome guests warmly by smiling and making eye contact as they enter the restaurant
- Communicate with servers and managers regarding special requests
- Constantly move throughout the kitchen and restaurant
- Constantly monitor and maintain food standards for recipe production, appearance, correctness, quality, and safety
- Execute bussing and resetting tables according to restaurant's standards
- Polish glassware and dishware
- Assist with seating guests
- Operate a variety of kitchen equipment and tools
- Handle guest concerns by listening and informing a server and/or manager
- Support team members including leadership
- Execute effective communication skills
- Exude positive attitude under stress
