The role of the Restaurant Host at Percy is crucial to maintaining the restaurant's reputation for exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Job Duties

  • Assist with restaurant front of the house procedures to ensure an outstanding guest experience
  • Welcome guests warmly by smiling and making eye contact as they enter the restaurant
  • Communicate with servers and managers regarding special requests
  • Constantly move throughout the kitchen and restaurant
  • Constantly monitor and maintain food standards for recipe production, appearance, correctness, quality, and safety
  • Execute bussing and resetting tables according to restaurant's standards
  • Polish glassware and dishware
  • Assist with seating guests
  • Operate a variety of kitchen equipment and tools
  • Handle guest concerns by listening and informing a server and/or manager
