The Host role at Red Robin plays a crucial part in shaping the guests’ experience from the moment they step inside. The primary responsibilities include making a positive first impression by greeting guests warmly, escorting them to their tables, and managing reservations with waitlists when necessary. This position is integral to the Front of House service team and requires outstanding customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to maintain energy in a fast-paced, vibrant environment. The role is eligible for flexible work schedules, generous employee discounts (50% off on Red Robin food and 25% for family members), referral bonuses for bringing in new team members, and additional compensation opportunities such as an employee stock purchase program. Job Duties

  • greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • escort guests to their tables

  • assist in seating arrangements to optimize table turnover
  • provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
