Beyond the rewarding work experience, Cracker Barrel is committed to taking care of its employees. Hosts and other team members benefit from competitive weekly pay with options for same-day access, health insurance eligibility from day one, and paid vacation time. The company supports personal and professional growth through continuous training and development programs starting immediately with their PAR training. Employees are also encouraged to take advantage of the 401(k) plan with company match after 90 days and the Employee Stock Purchase Program. The culture at Cracker Barrel fosters community through recognition programs, social events, and exclusive perks including generous discounts on food, retail items, and even travel and technology.
