Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly
- manage guest seating and waitlists efficiently
- provide accurate information about menu items and restaurant policies
- coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service flow
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues courteously
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area
- assist with opening and closing duties as needed
