Job Requirements
- At least 17 years of age
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Some customer service and cash handling experience
- Valid or obtainable Food Handlers Card within 30 days
- Ability to interact with guests face-to-face using a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Open availability including holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts
- Ability to work varying schedules to meet business needs

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and seat them at their table while providing menus and restaurant information
- Manage the floor chart and maintain a list of guests waiting to be seated
- Communicate estimated wait times to guests in a polite and professional manner
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction with food and beverages
- Thank guests upon departure and invite them to return
- Work afternoon or evening shifts enthusiastically
- Coordinate with servers and bartenders for smooth floor operations
