P.F. Chang's is currently hiring full-time and part-time Hosts and Hostesses. This position plays a pivotal role in delivering an excellent hospitality experience by managing the overall flow of the restaurant. The Host is often the first and last point of contact for guests, responsible for creating positive impressions and ensuring guests’ needs are met promptly. This role requires a personable and professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to guest service. Even in times where wait times are necessary, the Host provides accurate information and answers any guest questions with poise and courtesy.

The pay range for this position is between $15.00 and $18.00 per hour based on experience. P.F. Chang's offers flexible scheduling to accommodate individual needs along with paid on-the-job training to help new team members acclimate and succeed.
