Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to provide a warm and genuine welcome to guests
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in hospitality is preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm welcome to each guest who calls or visits
  • Effectively coordinate and control guest flow at the door by greeting arrivals, seating guests, and providing a warm farewell
  • Demonstrate hospitality by walking guests to their table and engaging them along the way
  • Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Effectively communicate with guests and team members
