Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Good communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Previous experience in a hospitality role preferred

Job Duties

Provide a warm welcome to each and every Guest who calls or visits the restaurant
Effectively coordinate and control Guest flow at the door by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell to departing Guests
Demonstrate hospitality by walking Guests to their tables and engaging them along the way
Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
Effectively communicate with Guests and fellow Team Members
Be a team player and work well with others
