Job Requirements

  • Ability to provide top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant team members
  • Be the face of Pacific Catch, engaging with guests, inviting guests in, seating guests, introducing the menu, and answering the phone
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage a heavy workload
  • Ability to prioritize well and remember all guest requests
  • Embraces all Pacific Catch's core values, hospitality standards, and team member standards
  • Ability to operate a POS system and Open Table software
  • Ability to accurately handle cash and all financial transactions

Job Qualifications

  • High school education required
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the restaurant or customer service industry preferred
  • Ability to operate POS and reservation systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest engagement principles

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and promptly
  • Seat guests according to restaurant protocol and guest needs
  • Engage with guests by introducing the menu and answering their questions
  • Manage guest reservations and seating through Open Table software
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
  • Answer phone calls and manage inquiries professionally
