The role of Host at Alphabet is a cornerstone of the guest experience and overall success of the restaurant. This position is primarily responsible for being the face of the establishment, greeting and seating guests, and ensuring their first impression is exceptional. Ideal candidates will exhibit a guest-first attitude, a strong dedication to service, and excellent communication skills. This is an hourly position with a pay range of $21 to $25, reflecting the importance of the role in maintaining the high standards of the h.wood Group. The Host position goes beyond simple seating duties to include acting as a brand ambassador for the company, ensuring all procedures and policies from the company and Health Department are adhered to, and maintaining a clean and organized working environment.
