We are currently seeking hospitable Hosts to join our front door team. As a Host at Earls, you will be the welcoming face of the restaurant and play a crucial role in setting the tone for the entire guest experience—from the initial greeting to the final farewell. You will ensure the smooth operation of guest flow and enhance every interaction, making each visit memorable. This position is pivotal to the restaurant's success, acting as a liaison between guests and the culinary and service teams. Your enthusiasm for hospitality will be instrumental in creating a warm and inviting environment where guests feel valued.
The role involves managing the host stand efficiently, coordinating guest seating, and supporting the service team using guest interaction technologies such as Skip the Dishes, DoorDash, and OpenTable. You will engage guests through meaningful and fun conversations and address any challenges by demonstrating excellent multitasking, communication skills, and decision-making abilities. Job Duties
- Create and maintain the flow of guests into the restaurant to ensure our culinary team and servers can deliver world class service
- Support the service team using guest interaction technologies including Skip the Dishes, DoorDash, OpenTable and more
- Elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with guests
- Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members
