The Host role at The Bartolotta Restaurants plays a central part in the dining experience, serving as the first point of contact and setting the tone for guests’ visits. Additionally, Hosts are responsible for handling guest inquiries both in person and over the phone, demonstrating thorough knowledge of menu items to assist guests and vendors effectively. The role requires attention to detail in recording guest information accurately and managing transactions related to gift certificate purchases. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, performing side work before, during, and after shifts, and supporting other team members as needed are also key aspects of the job.
