This role is for a Host or Hostess, a pivotal position that contributes significantly to the restaurant's overall guest hospitality experience. Key responsibilities include greeting guests upon arrival, managing wait-list accurately by quoting wait times, seating guests efficiently according to the restaurant layout, and addressing guest inquiries responsibly. Additionally, the host maintains high standards of cleanliness and order at the entrance and lobby areas, reinforcing safety and sanitation protocols. An essential aspect of this role involves learning and understanding the seating chart, server zones, curbside pickup processes, and takeout service expectations. Job Duties

  • Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting guests, seating guests, making reservations, taking food orders
  • Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area, and crowd control
  • Learn restaurant seating layout and how tables are divided into server areas
  • Set and clear a table neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang's specifications
  • Learn curbside process and takeout expectations
  • Conduct side-work as required for each shift
