About the Role: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and friendly Hosts to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is pivotal in creating the first and last impression guests have of our restaurant, as hosts are responsible for welcoming guests, managing wait times, and ensuring a seamless overall dining experience. As a Host, you will be the face of Red Lobster, greeting guests with a smile, efficiently managing reservations and wait times, and catering to individual guest needs to provide a personalized and memorable experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong multitasking capabilities, and a warm, welcoming attitude.

Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
  • Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift
  • Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Basic knowledge of reservation and seating management systems helpful
