About the Role: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and friendly Hosts to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is pivotal in creating the first and last impression guests have of our restaurant, as hosts are responsible for welcoming guests, managing wait times, and ensuring a seamless overall dining experience. As a Host, you will be the face of Red Lobster, greeting guests with a smile, efficiently managing reservations and wait times, and catering to individual guest needs to provide a personalized and memorable experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong multitasking capabilities, and a warm, welcoming attitude.

This role requires physical stamina, as hosts must be able to stand and move around the restaurant during shifts that can last from 8 to 12 hours and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds safely. Being a team player and having attention to detail while managing multiple tasks are critical qualities for success.
