About the Role: The restaurant is currently seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join its team as a Restaurant Host or Hostess. In this integral role, you will be the face of the restaurant, greeting arriving guests with warmth and ensuring a smooth flow throughout the dining experience. Your responsibilities will include seating guests promptly and efficiently, managing waitlists when needed, and assisting with guest inquiries to enhance overall satisfaction. While prior experience as a host, hostess, greeter, or maître d is preferred, it is not strictly required, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates new to the hospitality field or those looking to grow their skills in a guest-facing role. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- strong communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to handle multiple tasks and remain composed under pressure
Job Qualifications
- experience as a host, hostess, greeter, or maitre d is preferred but not required
