The role of Host at Bianca is a pivotal position responsible for running the door with style, warmth, and undeniable presence. Hosts at Bianca manage the front-of-house rhythm by overseeing reservations, waitlists, and seating flow with a calm and clear sense of organization. Hosts also maintain a clean, organized, and polished host stand and entryway, demonstrating attention to detail throughout opening and closing duties. The position is part-time or full-time with competitive hourly pay ranging from $17 to $20 based on experience.
