  • Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of local dining trends and menu items

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression
  • Manage the reservation system and walk-in guest seating to optimize table availability
  • Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating and service flow
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues or complaints professionally
  • Maintain an organized and clean host station and waiting area
