  • Ability to remain on feet for a prolonged period
  • Well-groomed and neatly dressed
  • Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
  • OpenTable experience preferred
  • Able to work in a standing and moving position for extended periods of time

Job Duties

  • Provide a hospitable welcome and genuine thank you to all guests
  • Welcome guests with a warm greeting upon arrival and a genuine thank you as they exit
  • Always acknowledge guests' right-of-way and actively assist guests with directions or special requests
  • Open doors for guests entering or leaving the restaurant
  • Maintain clean entryway and assist with table turnover when needed
  • Provide guests with accurate estimated waiting time
  • Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible
