The brand is known for its commitment to nurturing talent from the ground up, with 100% of its executive leadership team having started their careers in entry-level roles within the company. Their approach aims at reducing the common stressors associated with the restaurant industry by extending autonomy and freedom to restaurant leadership, providing flexible scheduling options, and supporting ongoing education and career advancement. They also ensure administrative support to help restaurant teams focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The Host/Hostess role at Food Fight Restaurant Group is essential as the first point of contact for guests entering the restaurant. This position involves greeting customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, managing reservations, placing guests on waiting lists when necessary, and escorting guests to their seats. Hosts and hostesses play a critical role in setting the tone for the dining experience and must be adept at handling customer inquiries both in person and over the phone. With responsibilities extending to assisting various restaurant staff, this role requires a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay organized amidst a bustling environment. This is a part-time or full-time position within a dynamic restaurant setting offering a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance with employer contributions, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, paid time off, wellness benefits, and more. Joining Food Fight means becoming part of a mission-driven team passionate about growth, leadership, and an outstanding guest experience. If you thrive in a lively environment, have a positive attitude, and are committed to teamwork, this position offers a great opportunity to advance your career in hospitality.
