Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or related experience preferred
- Basic working knowledge of restaurant operations within a luxury hospitality environment
- Ability to operate computer equipment and reservation systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to guest service
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly according to party size and guest preferences
- Manage guest reservations and respond to inquiries via telephone in accordance with Four Seasons standards
- Anticipate guest needs, resolve inquiries or concerns, and recognize repeat guests by name when possible
- Maintain and inspect daily menus to ensure proper condition, presentation, and accuracy
- Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of menu items and daily specials
- Ensure proper table setup and make minor adjustments as needed prior to seating guests
- Work collaboratively and professionally with coworkers and supervisors to support seamless service
- Complete special projects such as menu changes, signage updates, or other assignments as directed
- Comply with all Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact
