Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously upon arrival
- Manage reservations and waitlists using the appropriate system to optimize seating capacity
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus, ensuring they are comfortable and informed
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate guest seating and service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required to prepare the venue for service
