Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage wait list and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times
- Provide guests with information about menu items, specials offered
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a courteous manner
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Set and clear tables if needed
- Maintain a clean and organized desk area
- Perform restroom check every 30 minutes to maintain cleanliness
- Perform phone to go orders
