We are currently seeking a Host to join The Capital Grille team. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for every guest and setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The Host is responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing the dining room seating, efficiently handling waiting lists during peak hours, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the guest areas. The position requires a warm smile, friendly communication skills, and the ability to engage guests in a manner that enhances their overall experience. Hosts at The Capital Grille play a pivotal role in maintaining smooth restaurant operations by coordinating seating with servers and accurately setting guest expectations, especially during busy periods. The role also includes regular cleaning and sanitizing of guest touch points to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
