Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- availability to work various shifts including weekends and evenings
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- positive attitude and professional appearance
- ability to work well under pressure
- basic knowledge of sanitation and safety standards

Job Duties
- Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact
- escort them to assigned dining area
- present menus
- announce waiter’s name
- inform guest of current promotions
- manage the flow of guests into the dining room
- provide accurate wait times to incoming guests if appropriate
- tend to special guest needs and requests
- be observant to guests' needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service
- adhere to sanitation and safety policies to protect establishment and patrons
- ensure to-go orders are complete and ready for guests
- receive payments by validating credit charges
- approve checks
- accept currency
- calculate and issue change for to-go orders
- contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
