The role we are offering is centered around the vital function of managing guest relations at the front-of-house. The successful candidate will act as the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring seamless flow and coordination of seating arrangements. Key responsibilities include organizing reservations, managing seating logistics, answering guest inquiries either in person or over the phone, and providing assistance or directing guests to the appropriate team member for optimal service. Job Requirements
