As a Host in our restaurant, you will be the conductor of the service orchestra. You will set the tone for our guests' experiences by being the first face they see and the initial point of contact that shapes their impression of our restaurant. Your role is key in managing the flow of guests within the dining room by greeting arrivals with a friendly demeanor, managing reservations efficiently, and seating guests according to server availability to balance the workload effectively. You will also manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information, answering questions, and assisting with bookings. Attention to detail and clear communication are indispensable attributes that will allow you to excel in this role. Additionally, you will be the last point of contact guests have with us, ensuring they leave with a positive feeling by wishing them farewell and inviting them to return. Job Requirements
