Job Requirements

  • customer service experience preferred
  • availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
  • inform guests about wait times with accuracy while monitoring the waitlist
  • maintain the highest standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
  • coordinate closely with store management and team members to promote a positive team environment
  • ensure the dining area and host stand are clean and organized
  • manage guest seating efficiently to optimize dining flow
  • assist with other front-of-house tasks as needed
