Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- inform guests about wait times with accuracy while monitoring the waitlist
- maintain the highest standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- coordinate closely with store management and team members to promote a positive team environment
- ensure the dining area and host stand are clean and organized
- manage guest seating efficiently to optimize dining flow
- assist with other front-of-house tasks as needed
