Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must be able to provide friendly and professional guest interactions
- No prior restaurant experience required
- Eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage the seating and waitlist efficiently
- Keep the dining area organized and ready for incoming guests
- Communicate wait times and provide updates with a positive attitude
- Assist team members with dining room flow as needed
- Uphold Cracker Barrel's standards of hospitality and service
- Help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests
