Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds and stay active in a fast-paced environment for up to 8 hours
- Physical capability for tasks such as pushing, pulling, stretching, and frequent use of hands and wrists
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of local dining and beverage offerings is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Answer phones and direct to-go orders
- Manage the waitlist and table rotation effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby, restrooms, menus, and the Host/Hostess station
- Assist with stocking and ensuring the lobby area is guest-ready at all times
