Known for its welcoming atmosphere and commitment to serving delightful meals, Red Lobster is more than just a place to eat — it is a place where guests feel at home and new friendships blossom, fostering a sense of belonging and connection. The company's long-standing tradition and focus on guest satisfaction make it a prominent destination for seafood lovers nationwide.
Red Lobster is currently seeking enthusiastic and personable Hosts to join their team. The Host role is pivotal in creating the first and lasting impression for guests, embodying the company’s mission of hospitality and warm welcome. As a Host, you will be the friendly face that sets the tone for the dining experience by greeting guests with a smile, managing wait times and reservations accurately, and ensuring each guest feels special and valued. This position offers the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and customer-focused environment, where teamwork and dedication to service excellence are highly prized.
In addition to being the ambassador of guest experience, the Host will provide seamless service by escorting guests to their tables and ensuring smooth transitions throughout their visit. Responsible for coordinating with team members and focusing on guests’ needs, the Host represents the company’s commitment to exceptional service standards. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive wages with weekly pay, and a range of valuable benefits, including affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability coverage, and voluntary benefits. Employees are also eligible for a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching after one year of service, anniversary pay based on eligibility, and discounted meals both during shifts and as guests.

The company is proud to offer opportunities for advancement and personal growth, fostering an inclusive and motivated workplace culture. With big plans for the future, Red Lobster continues to innovate and grow, making it an ideal place to build a fulfilling career in the hospitality industry. The physical requirements of the role include the ability to stand for long periods, move about the restaurant, and lift up to 30 pounds safely, emphasizing a team-oriented approach and attention to detail. Red Lobster is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion, providing a welcoming workplace to all employees regardless of age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, or veteran status.
