We are currently seeking a passionate and personable Host to join our outstanding Food & Beverage team at The Quail. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every guest receives a warm and seamless dining experience from the moment they arrive. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for greeting them, managing reservations, and assisting with seating arrangements. In this role, you will operate the Open Table reservation system to ensure accurate and efficient seating management. You’ll be responsible for greeting guests by name whenever possible, answering phone inquiries using established scripts, and maintaining a clean and welcoming service area. Your duties also include clearing and resetting tables, as well as assisting with serving food and beverages as required. The Quail values individuals who bring enthusiasm and attention to detail, as these attributes contribute significantly to guest satisfaction and overall service excellence.
