The group prides itself on providing exceptional dining experiences through its diverse portfolio of restaurant properties. This organization is celebrated for fostering a positive work environment where professionalism, customer service, and innovation are paramount. The company values employee growth and offers plentiful opportunities for career advancement within its expanding structure. Employees at Atlas Restaurant Group are encouraged to develop both personally and professionally, supported by initiatives including learning and development programs and mobility opportunities.

The role of Host at Atlas Restaurant Group is vital in establishing the first impression of the restaurant’s welcoming atmosphere. As the initial point of contact for guests, the Host embodies the establishment's dedication to friendliness, service, and high standards. This position requires an individual who can greet guests warmly, manage seating arrangements efficiently, handle waitlists using computer systems, and assist guests with reservations and to-go orders. The Host is essential in ensuring the smooth flow and pace of dining service, maintaining clean and organized host stands, and rotating seating to balance workloads among servers. Additional responsibilities include performing routine cleanliness checks and keeping menus in pristine condition to enhance the customer experience.

This role does not involve supervisory duties, but it demands strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment. The Host must be flexible with schedules, including the availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. The position may require a food handler's certification depending on local regulations. Compensation varies based on location, ranging from $13.00 to $25.00 per hour, reflecting regional differences in living costs and labor markets.

Atlas Restaurant Group offers comprehensive benefits particularly for full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k contributions, and fully company-paid life and AD&D insurance. Employees also have access to learning programs, pet insurance, discounts at Atlas properties, and opportunities for advancement. Part-time employees receive many of the same benefits except for health insurance, emphasizing the group's commitment to its workforce.

Working at Atlas Restaurant Group means becoming part of a team that not only prioritizes excellent customer service but also values personal accountability, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and constructive feedback. The work environment is typical of a bustling restaurant, requiring physical stamina and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to grow within a reputable hospitality company dedicated to community engagement and employee development.
