Job Duties
- Create a welcoming first impression by greeting and assisting guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Seat guests efficiently while managing restaurant flow and waitlists
- Provide accurate wait time estimates and communicate updates clearly to guests
- Coordinate seating arrangements to maximize dining room efficiency
- Support smooth transitions between the host stand, dining room, and service teams
- Assist with reservations, phone inquiries, and to-go orders
- Reset and maintain tables and dining areas throughout service
- Monitor restroom cleanliness and overall guest-facing areas
- Deliver food to guests accurately while maintaining presentation standards
- Communicate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food delivery
- Assist fellow team members to help maintain efficient restaurant operations
- Support opening, closing, and additional operational duties as assigned
