Job Requirements
- must be 17 years or older
- able to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- basic computer skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- strong communication skills
- willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team environment
Job Qualifications
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- experience in customer service preferred but not required
- basic knowledge of reservation and waitlist management systems helpful
- flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- greet guests and provide a positive first impression
- escort guests to their tables in a timely manner
- manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- maintain knowledge of menu offerings to assist guests
- coordinate with the front of house team to ensure smooth seating flow
- handle guest inquiries and special requests politely
- support overall cleanliness and organization of the host station
