Your role as a Host at Red Lobster is a vital component in ensuring outstanding guest experiences. As the first point of contact, the Host sets the tone for the entire dining experience. You will welcome every guest with a smile, confidently manage reservations, and provide accurate wait times. Catering to guests with personalized attention, you will ensure each visit feels special and seamless, including escorting guests to their tables and providing warm farewells that encourage them to return. Your responsibilities involve making decisions focused on enhancing the guest's and your team’s experience, fostering a positive, coordinated environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, poise in managing busy periods, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country you are applying
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
  • Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • Team player with attention to detail and ability to multitask

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus
