Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
- positive attitude and eagerness to work in a team
- basic computer skills or ability to learn scheduling and waitlist software
- previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
- manage the waitlist and seating arrangements
- communicate wait times and updates to guests with a friendly attitude
- ensure dining tables are prepared and clean for incoming guests
- coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations
- handle guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed
- maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the dining area
