Red Robin is currently looking to hire a Host, who plays a vital role in the Front of House service team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Host is responsible for delivering a welcoming and friendly impression that sets the tone for an enjoyable dining experience. The Host will greet and escort guests to their tables, manage reservations and waitlists, and ensure that customer service is prioritized at all times. This role demands energetic, personable individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and hospitality.

The position offers flexible work schedules to accommodate various availability, making it ideal for those seeking part-time or full-time employment. Applicants must be at least 17 years old to apply. This role provides exciting opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company, with many current managers having started as hourly team members. Compensation ranges from $11.72 to $14.15 per hour, reflecting the company’s commitment to fair pay.
