Job Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old
- availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods
- strong customer service orientation
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willing to learn and adapt
Job Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to remain positive and courteous under pressure
- basic computer literacy for managing reservations
- previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- minimum age of 17 years
Job Duties
- Provide guests with a friendly and welcoming first impression
- escort guests to their tables efficiently
- manage reservations and maintain an organized wait list
- assist with answering phone calls and addressing guest inquiries
- work collaboratively with the Front of House team to enhance guest satisfaction
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the host area
- support restaurant operations during busy periods
