Job Requirements

- ability to provide excellent guest service
- able to communicate effectively
- must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere
- manage the waitlist and provide accurate wait times to guests
- maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- collaborate with store management and team members to support the team concept
- assist guests with seating and accommodate special requests
- promote menu items enthusiastically to enhance guest experience
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
