Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of hosting experience in an upscale casual atmosphere
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including lunch and dinner
- Demonstrated humility, integrity, and respect
- Passionate about relationship building and hospitality

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage the reservation book
- Coordinate guest seating and table assignments efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the restaurant
- Maintain the flow of the dining room during peak hours
- Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service
- Manage waiting lists and communicate wait times effectively
- Uphold high standards of guest service and hospitality
