P.F. Chang's is actively hiring full-time and part-time Hosts and Hostesses who play a critical role in delivering exceptional hospitality. The Host is responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for guests from the moment they enter the restaurant until they leave. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage the restaurant's seating flow effectively. Hosts provide guests with accurate wait times when applicable, warmly greet and seat guests, manage reservations, answer phones, and address any guest inquiries. They also uphold the restaurant’s high standards of safety and sanitation by maintaining cleanliness in the front door, host desk, and lobby areas.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have excellent customer service skills but may not necessarily have previous experience, as P.F. Chang's provides comprehensive training to all new team members. Hosts will become familiar with the restaurant layout, server sections, food delivery protocols, and the curbside takeout process to provide efficient service. Additionally, hosts assist with side work and table maintenance tasks as needed. This role requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to multitask effectively, contributing to a smooth operation and an exceptional dining experience for all guests. Joining P.F. Job Duties

  • Interact courteously with guests, answer phones, greet guests, seat guests, make reservations, take food orders
  • Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control
  • Learn restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food
  • Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang's specifications
  • Learn curbside process and takeout expectations
  • Conduct side-work as required for each shift
