Job Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
- Ability to converse comfortably with guests in English
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- At least 17 years of age
- Customer service, retail sales, or food service experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to interact positively with the public and coworkers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing demeanor
- Basic knowledge of reservation management systems such as OpenTable preferred
Job Duties
- Greeting guests in a friendly and inviting manner
- Engaging in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
- Introducing guests to their server
- Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
- Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest
- Always sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return
- Utilizing OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage seating and bookings
