Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No previous restaurant experience necessary as training is provided
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and collected in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and approachable demeanor
- Willingness to learn and follow training programs

- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Manage the dining room flow by organizing the waitlist
- Update guests courteously with wait times and seating information
- Ensure tables are properly prepared and ready for new guests
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a smooth operation
- Maintain a calm and positive demeanor during busy periods
- Represent the company with professionalism and a friendly attitude
