Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand and move throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and composed in busy environments
- Team-oriented with a positive and approachable demeanor
- Willingness to learn and participate in training programs
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Basic organizational skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage and update the waitlist efficiently
- Communicate wait times and table status to guests with a positive attitude
- Ensure tables are prepared and ready for incoming guests
- Maintain a smooth flow of the dining room to optimize guest experience
- Assist team members with seating arrangements and guest inquiries
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the host station area
