Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage reservations and waitlists using our online system
- Seat guests in a timely manner
- Maintain clear communication with servers, managers, and kitchen staff
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide accurate information about the restaurant
- Monitor dining room flow and adjust seating to ensure efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of areas
- Assist with guest inquiries, special requests
