Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly and personable attitude
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
  • Willingness to attain TIPS or Responsible Alcohol Service Certification if not already certified

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge or enthusiasm for beer culture is a plus
  • Certification in TIPS or Responsible Alcohol Service preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with warmth and a friendly demeanor
  • Manage the waitlist and seating chart efficiently
  • Communicate clearly with guests and team members
  • Ensure guests feel welcomed and valued from entry to exit
  • Maintain a clean and organized host station
  • Collaborate with restaurant staff to optimize seating flow
  • Adapt quickly to busy periods and changing priorities
