We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Host to join our team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our restaurant and serves as the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. The Host is responsible for greeting guests warmly, managing the seating chart efficiently, handling the waitlist, and accommodating guests’ dining needs with professionalism and care. The position offers both part-time and full-time employment options, with competitive pay ranging from $19 to $25 per hour, reflecting the importance of the role in our hospitality team. Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
  • Understand and accommodate guests’ dining needs
  • Manage the waitlist and accurately estimate wait times
  • Maintain and manage the seating chart to ensure an efficient flow
  • Monitor restaurant activity and adjust seating accordingly
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
  • Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or general questions
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Support team members with side work such as cleaning, stocking, and handling to-go orders
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to maintain smooth operations and a positive work environment
