The Host role at Cracker Barrel plays a crucial part in delivering the welcoming atmosphere that defines the brand’s guest experience. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering the restaurant, responsible for greeting them warmly and making them feel immediately comfortable. Managing the flow of the dining room, you will coordinate the waitlist, update guests with friendly communication, and ensure that tables are promptly and properly prepared for the next party.
